At this time we only accept bikinis bought from thelabelbykalani.com in new condition with tags and liners attached, with no perfume, deodorant, makeup, tanning oil or any form of stain or damage within 14 days of delivery date for an exchange or store credit. We will not accept stained or damaged bikinis for an exchange or store credit. They must have the liners and tags still attached. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Please note all sale items marked final sale are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, a store credit will be issued to you. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

damaged or faulty goods

Please email customerservice@thelabelbykalani.com with your Full Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if the item is damaged so we can rectify your situation as soon as possible!

How do I return an item?

Send an email with your full name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for returning to customerservice@thelabelbykalani.com within 14 days of delivery, and use the return sticker to mail it back to receive your store credit or exchange. If you lose it and have to pay for shipping, our address is 2054 Vista Parkway Suite 400 West Palm Beach Florida 33411. Sometimes it will correct the city to Royal Palm Beach, that still works.
